Medical device usability testing is a process that assesses how well a device can be used by its intended users. The goal is to make sure the device is safe and effective.
Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) in Korea has been applying all medical device usability evaluation since January 2015.
의료기기 사용자적합성 시험은 의료기기 사용 환경에서 사용자의 안전한 사용을 확인하는 시험입니다. 의료기기의 사용오류와 위험을 식별하고 완화하기 위해 실시합니다.

의료기기 사용적합성 평가를 필수적으로 적용하고 있습니다.

Process
Talaria의 사용자 적합성 테스트는 다음과 같이 수행됩니다.
1. Service enquiry 견적문의
서비스 견적 문의 신청서를 작성하시면
담당자가 확인 후 24시간 이내에 연락을 드립니다.
2. Meeting & Budget 상담 ・ 견적
작성된 문의 신청서를 바탕으로 담당자와 유선 (또는
대면) 미팅을 진행합니다. 신청서 및 미팅 이후 24시간
이내로 고객사에 사용자 적합성 시험 기간 및 견적서
를 발송하고 진행여부를 결정하게 됩니다.
3. Timeline & Schedule 접수 및 일정
의뢰사와 협의된 사항을 바탕으로 사용자 적합성 테스
트 일정 및 세부사항을 준비하게 됩니다.
4. Preparation 관련 문서 작성 및 준비
사용자 적합성 테스트 수행에 필수 문서 등을 검토하
고 (필요 시, 작성) 테스트 참여자 선발, 교육 등을 진행
합니다.
5. Usability Test & Report
사용자적합성 테스트 수행 및 결과 보고서 작성
사용자 적합성 테스트에는 ① 형성평가 (Formative test)를 통해 전문가 (참여자)들의 Feed-back을 바탕으로 기기개선 등을 통해 ② 총괄평가 (Summative test)를 수행합니다. 모든 평가를 통해 수집-분석된 데이터는 사용자적합성 테스트 보고서에 반영되고, 보고서가 발간되게 됩니다.
